Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. In accordance with European legislation, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, without needing to provide a reason.
Return Conditions
The returned item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original, intact packaging
Non-returnable Items
- Opened or used animal hygiene or care products
- Gift cards
- Opened personal health and care products
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us before any shipment at: mlb.mylittleboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not return the item directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be granted if the item is damaged, incomplete or returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Sale or Promotional Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We only process exchanges for defective or damaged items upon receipt. Send us an email with a photo of the defective product and your order number.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. For items worth more than €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or parcel insurance.
