TERMS OF SALE (GTC)

Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on the My little Boutique website.

Products

The products offered are accessories for pets. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the delivered product.

Prices

Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Orders

Any order confirmed on the site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

Delivery

Delivery times indicated on the site are estimates. Due to our dropshipping model, products may be shipped from different logistics centres.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. To do so, please contact us at mlb.mylittleboutique@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Liability

The seller shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products.

Governing Law
