SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Zones

We ship primarily to metropolitan France and European Union countries. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order. Orders to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties or additional taxes payable by the recipient.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. These times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, peak periods or customs formalities.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available from a minimum order amount, when indicated on the site.

Order Tracking

When available, the tracking number is sent by email after shipment. Tracking may take a few days to be updated by the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
